According to a UNICEF report, Every single day, Nigeria loses about 2,300 under-five year olds and 145 women of childbearing age. The Nigeria Near-Miss and Maternal Death Survey revealed that intra-hospital quality of care issues, and delays in accessing the adequate level of care play a major part in the occurrence of maternal deaths. Our team is interested in creating a platform ( desktop or mobile app) that makes quality maternal healthcare services accessible for pregnant women. Our project aims at connecting nearby health facilities, medical professionals and health advice for pregnant women.
